ALL THINGS began with our founders, entrepreneur Toby Hopkinson and chef Thomas Straker and a simple thought: great dairy is the key to unlocking great flavour.
So we made butter properly. Then cottage cheese. Then kept going.

THE BUTTER THAT STARTED IT.
It started with butter.
Thomas’ viral #allthingsbutter series showed what chefs have always known: the good stuff changes everything. Toast, potatoes, pasta, steak, greens. Better butter makes better food.
BACK TO THE SOURCE.
We went looking for farms in Britain who use proper time-tested methods, and care deeply for their cows.
Good dairy starts long before it reaches the fridge.
A MODERN TAKE ON A CLASSIC.
Salted. Unsalted. Garlic & Herb. Truffle. Cinnamon Bun. Smokey Paprika. Brandy.
We transformed an overlooked and underloved category, with innovation and new flavours. Giving people more versatile ways to use butter. From spreading, to browning, baking, basting and more.
BEYOND BUTTER.
Then came cottage cheese.
Not the sad diet version. Rich, creamy, high-protein cottage cheese made for bowls, dips, toast, pancakes, potatoes and fridge-door spoonfuls.
Now ALL THINGS is stocked across the UK, UAE and US, with more good dairy making its way into more kitchens.
